Baby It’s Cold Out There!
It’s been an interesting couple weeks for DFW real estate, with Mother Nature giving Texas the cold shoulder. It’s hard to get motivated to leave the comforts of home – or home office – when even the thermometer is bundeled up like Nanook of the North! These are days to be firmly planted in front of a fireplace, warm beverage of choice cradled lovingly in your hands as you browse through the newest issue of Better Homes and Gardens.
‘Cause that’s what you do on bad weather days when you’re self employed, right? You make your own hours and can choose when you work and when you don’t. And really, can you actually call it work? All Realtors do is drive around a look at houses all day.
