Little Elm

A small town bordering Lewisville Lake, Little Elm has experienced huge growth in the last two decades, jumping from 3,600 residents in 2000 to 53,000 in 2019. Though the population has expanded significantly, Little Elm is still a close-knit community with a distinctly suburban feel.

Aside from quaint residential streets, you’ll find schools, parks, and even a few local businesses. The town buzzes with activity near W Eldorado Parkway, where in addition to a water park and nature trail, you’ll find an assortment of eateries and fast-food restaurants. At Little Elm Park, a sandy beach with a surrounding picnic area gives locals a place to splash and play.
